Content Safety & Moderation
Last Updated: May 29, 2026
At Lovart.pro, we are dedicated to providing a secure, productive, and respectful creative space. To achieve this, we enforce strict content safety guidelines and integrate robust automated systems to monitor and moderate generation activities.
1. POWERED BY CREEM MODERATION API
To ensure all generated assets remain safe and compliant with both local laws and global platform standards, Lovart.pro integrates the **CREEM Moderation API**.
Our integration is active for all generation paths. Every text prompt submitted to our design panels is scanned by Creem's real-time natural language classification models before it reaches the generation servers.
2. WHAT WE MODERATE
Our system actively filters out attempts to generate content that falls into any of the following categories:
- Sexually Explicit (NSFW): Explicit sexual acts, nudity, pornographic visuals, or sexually suggestive themes.
- Violence and Self-Harm: Blood, gore, weapons, acts of terror, self-harm encouragement, or physical violence.
- Hate Speech: Slurs, discriminatory slurs, promotion of violence against protected groups, or harassing language.
- Identity Theft & Deepfakes: Realistic likenesses of public figures or private individuals created without consent.
- Illegal Products & Services: Drug-related terminology, cyberattack instructions, or weapon assembly descriptions.
3. HOW ENFORCEMENT WORKS
When a user submits a prompt, the following sequence occurs:
- Pre-Screening: The prompt is sent to the CREEM Moderation API.
- Real-Time Analysis: The API determines if the prompt contains prohibited topics.
- Deny Actions: If flagged, the generation request is immediately aborted, preventing any credit deduction. A warning is returned to the user interface.
- Audit Logging: The moderation decision is logged in our secure system for up to 90 days for compliance audits.
4. ACCIDENTAL BLOCKS & APPEALS
Automated classifiers can occasionally flag benign prompts (known as "false positives"). If your prompt has been blocked but you believe it complies fully with our Acceptable Use Policy, please contact us for manual review.
To appeal a block, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your account email address.
- The exact prompt that was blocked.
- The date and time of the attempt.
Our safety review team will evaluate your request within 24β48 hours.
