Scope
This policy applies to purchases made on Lovart.pro, including subscriptions, credit packages, and digital services delivered via the website. Because our products are digital and often available for immediate use, certain consumer withdrawal rights may not apply once service delivery begins.
Subscriptions and Credits
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You can cancel anytime in your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
- Credits are digital units for service usage. Purchased credits are non-refundable and expire only if stated at checkout. Free or promotional credits may have separate terms.
- If a technical issue prevents credit usage after purchase, contact support within 14 days for resolution.
Refund Eligibility
- Duplicate charges or accidental multiple purchases: eligible for refund of the unintended transaction.
- Unauthorized transaction: review may require proof such as bank notice; we may suspend the account to protect security.
- Non-delivery due to platform outage: we may refund or credit the account with equivalent service value.
- Service dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund of used credits; we may offer guidance to improve results.
EU Consumer Rights
For EU consumers, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts may not apply to digital content or services once performance begins with your prior consent. By accessing the service immediately, you acknowledge that withdrawal rights may be waived for the delivered portion. If you have not accessed the service and request a withdrawal within 14 days, contact support and we will assess eligibility.
US Customers (CCPA/State Laws)
US consumer protection laws vary by state. We honor applicable rights under the CCPA where relevant to personal data. Billing disputes should be raised promptly with your bank and our support team; we will cooperate to resolve issues consistent with card network rules.
