Credit Consumption Factors
Common factors that affect credit usage and example guidelines:
- Model tier: advanced models typically cost more credits.
- Resolution & size: higher resolutions or uncommon aspect ratios increase credits.
- Output count: batch generation or multiple variants multiply usage.
- Multimodal & audio: text+image or audio synthesis adds extra credits.
- Video length & frame rate: billed per second; higher FPS costs more.
- Edit type & complexity: repaint/repair/cut‑out consume more credits.
- Iterations & retries: multiple reasoning rounds accumulate usage.
Reference: image generation ≈5 credits per image; video ≈10 credits per second; audio adds ≈5 credits per 10 seconds. Actual usage depends on chosen model and parameters.

Credit top-ups (Basic & Pro members only): $10 – $100 packages available directly in your account.
Will credits expire?
Monthly Plan Credits from your monthly subscription are valid for the duration of your current billing cycle and will automatically reset on your next billing date. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
Annual Plan Credits for annual subscriptions are distributed on a monthly basis. Each month’s credits are valid only within that month’s cycle and will automatically reset at the start of the next monthly cycle. Unused credits from the previous month will not carry over.
Top-up Credits These credits never expire and will remain in your account until used.
Refresh Credits 100 credits are granted daily for plan members. These reset every day and do not accumulate if unused.
Commercial License
Members may use Lovart-generated content for commercial purposes subject to the original model license and platform TOS. Commercial rights exclude redistributing/reselling the model itself or using it to build competing services.
Frequently Asked Questions
How to change or cancel your subscription plan
Upgrading: Basic → Pro
- Hover over your profile avatar and choose Upgrade.
- If on an annual Basic plan, unused months are automatically refunded.
- Pro takes effect immediately; any previous-month credits expire on their original schedule.
Upgrading: Monthly → Annual
- Click the desired annual plan; it begins after the current monthly cycle ends.
Canceling
- Go to Account → Manage Subscription.
- Click Cancel on the active plan and confirm.
Will campaign benefits remain if my subscription expired?
Additional benefits apply once you activate a subscription during the campaign period. If you cancel, these benefits no longer apply. Reactivating during the campaign may resume benefits for the remainder of your original subscription period.
How does unlimited use work?
Use the service freely under normal conditions. Anti-cheating protections are in place to prevent abuse or malicious activity in extreme cases.
Refund Policy
Monthly & Annual Subscription Orders
Within 7 days of purchase If no credits from the current membership package have been consumed, you are eligible for a full refund. If any credits have been consumed, refunds are not available.
After 7 days of purchase Refunds are not available.
Note: No refunds for subscriptions with referral rewards.
Refund Processing Time
- We will reply to refund requests within 24 hours on business days.
- After agreement on the refund plan, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Special benefits (e.g., free or unlimited model usage) may be offered to certain members. A refund request is considered a withdrawal from the activity benefits. We will recalculate fees based on actual usage and compute any refundable amount accordingly. The actual consumption of computing resources is determined by backend system data.
